Who can apply

• Individuals: team of at least 2 with at least 1 Malaysian and 1 person residing in Malaysia
• Companies: incorporated less than 5 years, accumulated revenue below RM3 million
• Must own or hold rights to the IP
• No other company may hold 25% or more
• Repayable if the agreement is terminated
