Up to RM600,000 conditional (convertible commercialisation) grant over up to 18 months; at least 60% for commercialisation

Who can apply

• Sdn Bhd incorporated less than 7 years (incl. university/research spin-offs)
• Accumulated revenue of no more than RM5 million
• At least 51% Malaysian-owned (or majority of employees Malaysian)
• At least 2 directors, one Malaysian and one residing in Malaysia
• Paid-up capital at least RM10,000; owns or has rights to the IP
• No other company may hold 25% or more
