A long-running government guarantee on bank loans for working capital and capital expenditure. There are variants for start-ups, Bumiputera, women-owned, exporters, and automation/digital projects.

Who can apply
  • Malaysian SMEs; check criteria on SJPP's eligibility page
  • Minimum financing of RM100,000
  • Cannot be used to refinance existing facilities
  • Apply through a participating financial institution
How to apply
Apply for a business loan at a participating bank or financial institution and ask for it to be covered under SJPP's WCGS (or the matching variant).
Timing
Open until the RM27.5bn limit is used up or 31 Dec 2035. The 2% rate rebate is no longer offered.
