Helps businesses hit by tariffs adapt their operations and supply chains. It co-funds trade compliance, legal and supply chain advisory, and the costs of relocating manufacturing or switching suppliers.

Up to 70% for SMEs and up to 50% for non-SMEs (enhanced from 1 April 2026).
Who can apply
  • Registered and operating in Singapore
  • At least 30% local shareholding
  • Exports to or has operations in overseas markets; most activities also require tariff impact
  • Reconfiguration costs: at least 51% ownership of manufacturing operations
  • One activity per application; no retrospective applications
How to apply
Apply on the Business Grants Portal with a quote from a pre-approved vendor.
Timing
Enhanced support from 1 Apr 2026 to 6 Oct 2027 (per Enterprise Singapore Budget 2026 page).
