Support for heartland enterprises raised to 70% from 1 April 2026 (per Enterprise Singapore Budget 2026 page).

Who can apply

Heartland enterprise registered and operating in Singapore
At least 30% local shareholding
Group annual turnover of no more than S$100m or no more than 200 employees
Operates a physical shopfront in an HDB estate
Must use the solution for at least 12 months
