SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)

A one-off credit of up to S$10,000 that pays for most of an employer's out-of-pocket costs on supported workforce and enterprise transformation programmes. A redesigned version run by SWDA replaces it from 1 December 2026.

Current SFEC: one-off credit of up to S$10,000 per entity, with Enterprise Transformation capped at S$7,000. Redesigned SFEC (from 1 Dec 2026): a fresh S$10,000 in credits in an online wallet, per MTI.
Your share
Current SFEC covers up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs (GST is not supportable).
Who can apply
  • Employed at least 3 Singapore Citizens/PRs (with CPF contributions) every month over the qualifying period
  • Not in default of Skills Development Levy
  • Active ACRA status
  • Must also meet the criteria of the underlying supported programme
  • Eligible employers are notified; no separate application
How to apply
No application needed; the credit is applied automatically to supported programmes for eligible employers.
Timing
Current SFEC expires 30 Nov 2026, and final claims must be submitted by then. The redesigned SFEC starts 1 Dec 2026, run by SWDA, with details still to be announced.
