  • Singapore-incorporated SGX-listed company (non-STI) before its mandatory climate disclosure timeline, or
  • Singapore-incorporated non-listed company with annual revenue of at least S$100m
  • At least 30% local shareholding (otherwise contact EDB)
  • One application per company
How to apply
Apply on the Business Grants Portal.
Timing
Financial year must start 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2029 for most companies (application deadline 31 Jan 2030); 1 Jan 2024 to 31 Dec 2027 for non-STI listed firms over S$1B market cap.
