面向易受洪水影响或曾遭水灾的中小企业的低息贷款，用于投资防洪和抗灾能力。重大水灾后还会开放单独的救济部分。

- 最高 MYR 1,000,000Up to RM1m for each financing type, for up to 7 years. The brochure lists rates of up to 3% to 3.5% p.a.; confirm with the bank. Up to 80% guaranteed by CGC/SJPP at a 0.5% fee.

- Malaysian SME with at least 51% Malaysian ownership
- Previously affected by floods (including flash floods), or located in a flood-prone area
- For capital investment and expenses that reduce flood risk and losses
