SkillsFuture Enterprise Credit (SFEC)
一次性补贴额度，最高 S$10,000，用于支付雇主参加受支持的员工队伍和企业转型项目时的大部分自付费用。由 SWDA 管理的重新设计版本将自 2026 年 12 月 1 日起取而代之。

- Current SFEC covers up to 90% of out-of-pocket expenses on qualifying costs (GST is not supportable).

- Employed at least 3 Singapore Citizens/PRs (with CPF contributions) every month over the qualifying period
- Not in default of Skills Development Levy
- Active ACRA status
- Must also meet the criteria of the underlying supported programme
- Eligible employers are notified; no separate application

- Current SFEC expires 30 Nov 2026, and final claims must be submitted by then. The redesigned SFEC starts 1 Dec 2026, run by SWDA, with details still to be announced.
