Grants for MSMEs and innovators: up to Rs 15 lakh per idea through host incubators, co-funding of design projects, and reimbursement of patent, GI, design and trademark costs.

Up to ₹15,00,000

Incubation: up to INR 15 lakh per idea (plus up to INR 1 crore for plant and machinery). Design: 75% of project cost for micro, 60% for small/medium, capped at INR 40 lakh. IPR reimbursement: foreign patent INR 5 lakh, domestic patent INR 1 lakh, GI INR 2 lakh, design INR 0.15 lakh, trademark INR 0.10 lakh.

• Incubation: MSMEs, individuals and students applying through a registered host incubator
• Design: MSME with Udyam registration
• IPR: manufacturing MSME with Udyam registration

Timing

Listed as operational (part of MSME Champions Scheme) in the Feb 2026 Budget MSME document. Incubation ideas are invited through host incubators in rounds.
