Pradhan Mantri Viksit Bharat Rozgar Yojana (PM-VBRY) - Part B: Support to Employers

Monthly incentive of up to Rs 3,000 per additional employee for EPFO-registered employers who create new, sustained jobs. It is paid for two years, or four years in manufacturing.

Per additional employee per month, by EPF wage: up to Rs 10,000 wage - up to Rs 1,000; Rs 10,000-20,000 - Rs 2,000; Rs 20,000-1 lakh - Rs 3,000. Paid for 2 years; extended to 3rd and 4th years for manufacturing.

Who can apply

• Establishment registered with EPFO
• Hire at least 2 additional employees (if under 50 employees) or 5 (if 50 or more), sustained for at least 6 months
• New employees earning up to Rs 1 lakh per month

How to apply

Benefits are processed through EPFO for eligible new hires; payment goes to the employer's PAN-linked account.

Timing

Applies to jobs created between 1 August 2025 and 31 July 2027.
