  • SC/ST or woman entrepreneur
  • Greenfield enterprise in manufacturing, services, trading or allied agriculture
  • For non-individual enterprises, at least 51% shareholding and controlling stake held by SC/ST or woman entrepreneur
How to apply
When relaunched, apply via the Stand-Up Mitra portal or a scheduled commercial bank branch.
Timing
Original scheme ran April 2016 to March 2025. A revamped scheme was announced in Lok Sabha on 16 March 2026, but launch details were not found as of 2026-10-11.
